This tool automates the process of locating possible merger and acquisition targets, showing possible matches, and then predicts if the outcome would be successful. It helps you assess the risks associated with each choice by measuring firm data side-by-side. It is not a simple 1 + 1 assessment, we use AI and merger history to predict attrition and how successful any combination might be.

The Leopard M&A tool utilizes nearly twenty years of attorney and law firm research as well as our proprietary AI based on previous combinations and attorney patterns to predict the potential success of a merger or combination. The M&A search interface allows the primary firm to find potential partners; while expanding to also display potential financial, client, cultural, and attorney retention complications if the firms were to combine noting where additional mitigation efforts should be discussed.
