The Leopard Law Firm Index is a new, dynamic rating system, weighted proportionately to the size of the firm, measuring a number of key indicators of law firm success, such as growth or decline in attorney headcount, attorney retention, fluctuations in revenue per lawyer (RPL) and how ethnically diverse the firm is. Unlike most law firm rankings which get updated annually, the Leopard Law Firm Index is updated twice a week and is the only accurate measure available of how a law firm is trending today.
